It's Not Just LOVE, Its A LEGACY
We are beneficiaries and descendants of John Love and August Cook. Our family has a very rich heritage of humble beginnings reflecting more than 150 years as freed people from Richmond, Virginia in 1869, charting a courageous course further south, and settling in Soperton, Georgia, which was later called the Love Quarters Community.
The Love-Cook Family, continues to make an indelible mark in our society by being the persistent family whose wisdom and vast contributions remain to have great influence and impact in our society. Our roles as dynamic activists, educators, philanthropists, doctors, lawyers, and mentors have demonstrated admirable commitments to service through our numerous achievements and accomplishments.
